I have two questions. I live in Lawton, Oklahoma and I would like to know how long will an accident or claims history remain on your driving record? My second question is, how will I know who is covered on my car insurance?

According to the OK Department of Public Safety (DPS), the driver’s driving record is released for a three year period so the accident history probably be listed for that time period. If you are convicted of a traffic offense in part of the accident, that will remain on your record for a period of five years.
Usually, claims history are checked by car insurance carrier using their own database or CLUE information in which a person’s history of car insurance losses can be received.
As for your second question, you will be able to know who are covered under your car insurance policy in Lawton, Oklahoma by contacting your car insurance company. You may request this information from them and they will be able to tell you who are currently listed as drivers in your car insurance policy.
